The Maine Farm & Sea to Institution (MEFTI) Summit brings together stakeholders from across Maine’s food system to share best practices, foster connections, and strengthen local procurement efforts. Focused on advancing farm to school and institutional sourcing, the summit supports broader goals of public health, food security, and agricultural resilience.

MEFTI supports a more resilient, equitable food system in Maine and the region and aims to connect farmers, fishers, producers, food service professionals, institutional buyers, and advocates to strengthen our local food economy.
